Every pool inspection Victoria property owners book with us follows the same statewide standard, wherever your suburb sits. To book, call 0402 860 499 or book online. We're organised by council area below — find yours and your suburb. Every inspector on this page is a registered pool certifier — see that guide for what the title actually means in Victoria, or our pool compliance Victoria guide for what compliance itself covers. How council Form 23 lodgement differs
The Victorian pool safety regulations are uniform — same AS 1926-1:2012 standard, same Form 23 — but the lodgement process and turnaround varies by council. Each council above has its own full compliance guide with registration, portal, fee and penalty detail; in short:
- City of Greater Geelong: electronic lodgement via Building Permits & Compliance team, 3–5 business day turnaround.
- Wyndham City: separate T1Cloud electronic portal from Greater Geelong, 3–5 business day turnaround. New-estate properties may need extra documentation around original Building Permit.
- Moorabool Shire: smaller council; statutory fee maximums apply, exact adopted figures best confirmed directly with the shire.
- Surf Coast Shire: statutory fee maximums apply, with lodgement to the shire's building compliance team. Confirm the current adopted lodgement fee with the shire, or see our Surf Coast Shire compliance guide for the full detail.
- Borough of Queenscliffe: statutory fee maximums apply; Point Lonsdale owners should confirm which council their address falls under before lodging.
Pool or spa not on the council register yet? Registration (Form 22) is a separate, earlier step to the Form 23 barrier inspection — see our pool registration Victoria guide for the council-by-council registration links.
