Before your inspection

Do I need to be present for the inspection?

Preferably, yes. We need access to all areas of the pool and property, including every gate and the yard around the barrier. If you cannot be present, please ensure someone else can grant access, such as a tenant, your agent or a neighbour with a key, and tell us who to expect when you book.
