Pool Safety Certificate
Full barrier compliance inspection. Form 23 issued same-day. Council lodgement guidance for City of Greater Geelong.
Armstrong Creek is Geelong's largest growth corridor — barely existed before 2010, and is now home to tens of thousands of residents across multiple new estates. Pool stock here is almost entirely post-2015, and it's the youngest pool population in our coverage area. That changes the inspection profile completely.
Armstrong Creek is part of our weekly south-Geelong route.
Council: Armstrong Creek is fully within City of Greater Geelong.
Almost all pool stock is first-cycle. Because Armstrong Creek didn't exist in residential form before 2010, virtually every pool here is under 12 years old. That means modern Colorbond and glass barriers, modern hardware, modern gate latch designs. The barriers themselves almost always pass the structural compliance test. What we flag are the maintenance items — UV-degraded plastic latch components after 5+ years of exposure, gate spring tension drift, sweep mechanism wear.
Estate-specific patterns. The major Armstrong Creek estates (Warralily, Armstrong, Cloverbank, Habitat) used standardised pool builder spec packs, so we see consistent compliance patterns within each estate. If your Warralily neighbour passed inspection, your fence is probably the same spec as theirs — but your hardware and your usage matter independently.
