Pool Safety Certificate
Full barrier compliance inspection. Form 23 issued same-day. Council lodgement guidance for Wyndham City Council.
Tarneit is one of Australia's fastest-growing suburbs — most of the residential development has happened since 2010, and pool stock is correspondingly almost entirely new. That gives us a very predictable inspection profile here: modern barriers, modern gates, mostly first-cycle compliance.
Tarneit is on our weekly Wyndham route from Maddingley.
Council: Tarneit is in Wyndham City Council — the same active-enforcement council as Werribee.
Almost all pool stock is post-2010. Tarneit barely existed as a residential suburb before 2010. Now it's home to dozens of estate developments, each with hundreds or thousands of homes, many with pools. The barriers are modern Colorbond or glass, the gates are spec'd to current AS1926.1, and structural compliance is generally good.
First-cycle hardware degradation. What we flag in Tarneit at first inspection is hardware. UV degrades plastic latch components, weakens spring tension, and dries out rubber seals over 4-7 years. Latches, hinges and gate sweeps are the typical replacement items — easy 1-2 hour fixes for a fencer.
Flat $250 inc GST — same-day Form 23 where compliant, free re-inspections, no hidden fees.
