Pool re-inspection — free once the listed items are fixed
A pool re-inspection is the follow-up visit after a failed barrier inspection, and it's already covered by the original $250 — there's no second callout charge. Fix the items on your non-conformance report, book the free re-inspection, and if the barrier now passes we issue the Form 23 on-site the same day.
Turnaround Time
Once your barrier checks out, we issue the Form 23 on site the same day. If it doesn't pass, you get a written Non-Conformance Report setting out what to fix, then a free re-inspection.
Your Form 23 certifies that the barrier was compliant on the inspection date. Victoria requires re-inspection every 4 years, and the certificate must be lodged with council within 30 days of issue.
